You may cancel or request changes to your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, the order will likely have entered processing and can no longer be modified.
If your cancellation request is received within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
All products are carefully inspected and securely packaged prior to shipment. An item is considered damaged if it has a manufacturing defect or arrives physically broken. Cosmetic issues such as dented boxes or scuffed packaging do not qualify as damaged if the product inside is unharmed.
To report a damaged item:
- Email store@neurovacare.com within 72 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos showing the damage
- We will review and, if approved, send a replacement at no cost
Please note: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for damage due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or neglect.
Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer
We aim to process and ship all orders promptly, but delays can occur due to third-party couriers, customs inspections, or other unforeseen factors. NeurovaCare is not liable for delayed, lost, or stolen packages once an order has left our facility.
If your shipment is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly for updates.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours, we cannot offer a refund or resend.
